In compliance with the provisions of the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, COMERCIAL RECICLADORA, S.A. DE C.V. its subsidiaries and/or affiliates (hereinafter "COPAMEX") with address at Av. San Nicolás #101, Col. Cuauhtémoc, San Nicolas de los Garza, Nuevo León, C.P. 66450, informs you of this privacy and management policy of Personal Data, as indicated below. COPAMEX is responsible for collecting the personal data of Individuals, for the strict use that is granted to them, as well as for their protection and custody.

PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED

COPAMEX may collect, and where appropriate process, the personal data specified below: i) name, ii) tax address, iii) incorporation act, iv) power of attorney, v) Official Identification, vi) email address vii) landline and/or cell phone number, viii) payment information (bank account number or CLABE account code), viii) RFC (Federal Tax Payer Registry) and ix) any other documentation or information related to the commercial relationship that exists or may exist between COPAMEX and you.

COPAMEX will process your personal data only for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Notice and/or in accordance with what is established by the applicable legal provisions.

PURPOSES AND/OR USE OF THE PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED BY COPAMEX

The personal data that COPAMEX collects is used mainly to generate a private file with the necessary data for the sale and delivery of products, process orders, inform about promotions, conduct surveys, send event information, as well as to manage the corresponding payments.

COPAMEX may use your personal data for other purposes, as long as said purposes are compatible and can be considered analogous to the previous ones.

COMMUNICATIONS OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

As part of the operations of the business and in order to comply with the purposes described, COPAMEX may share some or all of your personal data with third parties, national or foreign.

COPAMEX may transfer your personal data when said transfer provided by the Law or with any Treaty, or when required by resolution of a competent authority. Notwithstanding the foregoing, COPAMEX will not assign, sell or transfer your personal data to third parties not related to COPAMEX, except in the aforementioned cases and those provided by the Law, without your prior consent.

SECURITY REGARDING YOUR PERSONAL DATA

COPAMEX will ensure through the signing of agreements and/or the adoption of other binding documents, that said third parties maintain adequate security, administrative, technical and physical measures to protect your personal data, as well as that said third parties only use your personal data for the purposes for which they were collected and in accordance with this Privacy Notice.

RIGHTS REGARDING YOUR PERSONAL DATA

You may exercise before the Personal Data Manager of COPAMEX the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition (ARCO rights), established in the Law. Likewise, you may revoke, at any time, the consent that you have granted and that is necessary to the processing of your personal data, as well as to request that the use or disclosure of your personal data be limited, through the established format that you can consult on the page: www.copamex.com and that you can send once you have filled out and signed said format through the email: avisodeprivacidad@copamex.com

CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY NOTICE
